The Extras
If you were a fan of what I think was one of the funniest comedy series in history--The Office--you'll be pleased to know that Ricky Gervais has written (and stars) in a new series called The Extras. In the U.S., it premiers on September 25 on HBO.Here's an excerpt from the article:
In a preview clip on his Web site, Gervais describes it as "the show critics are already calling the disappointing follow-up to 'The Office'."
Ricky Gervais is a funny, funny man.

If you like dark comedy and you've never watched The Office (the original version, not the U.S. adaptation), it's available on DVD and the show is screamingly funny.
